Definately let your doctor know about this. And be sure that you are following your post gastric bypass diet correctly.

My sis did. She was in agnoy for months, a year after her surgery and almost dying. Spending several days in ICU they discovered that she had a small ulcer where they reconnected the bowel. It was bleeding and that was causing the spasms.

Don't take it lightly....make sure someone listens to you and you get some relief!
