Allergies?
Blood pressure/sugar?
Illness?

I dunno, take meds or go to the dr.

Tell you what, go to www.wrongdiagnosis.com and look up headaches. That'll flood you with every possible cause for a headache.

It could be a lot of different things. I suggest you put headaches in the "Search for questions" above, and read what other people think causes theirs, and what some suggest as remedies.

If your headache is possibly due to low blood sugar, eat something protein, with some low glycemic carbohydrate (berries, an apple, green leafy veges), and eat some nuts, almonds or peanuts are good. Best proteins are salmon or tuna.

If eating healthy does not help in about 2 hours, and the ibuprofen, or aspirin or tylenol do not stop it, then call your doctor for an appointment.

Are you dehydrated, have you been straining your eyes? Where is the headache? Front, under the eyes, base of your neck? Top of your head? Many things can cause a headach. Sinus pressure, eye strain, dehydration, lack of proper nutrition. Hard to tell. I'd see a doctor if I had it for 3 days though.

If you are stressed out, it could be a tension headache. If you have long hair, and its in a ponytail, take it out. You may be prone to migraines, so try some Excedrin Migraine, it works wonders.

uh, thats not a headache. thats a really long migraine! go to ur doctor, and ask about Imitrex. it's good stuff. and, if you live in Central PA, with this kind of weather, it could be the barometric pressure.

Oh yeah, I forgot. if it's mainly your sinuses, you could have something called sinusidis. my sister has that and idk what it is but it triggers this kind of thing.

b/c your mind hasn't had time to relax. normally when i get a headache, it doesn't go away until i get a good nights sleep or i just get to sit around and do nothing. you might wanna try taking an excedrine migrane or something similar and if that doesn't help, you might consult a doc.

that's not normal. see your doctor. if it is reoccurying it could mean something serious. if you've always had it, then it's not that serious. take some aspirin or tylenol and go see your doctor asap. this is not a good sing and needs to be seen right away.
