I work out and don't sweat - But I do make sure to drink at least glasses of water after each work out!
We're probably releasing the toxin (sweat) other ways!

You might want to try the steam room. I did not sweat noticeably until I trained myself to stay in the steam room for 10-15 minutes at a stretch. Don't really know, did I teach my pores to open up. That is my best suggestion. Be aware, don't go in the steam room for long stretches at first. It is also good for unclogging the sinuses.

I don't sweat either....OK, I may become sticky but I don't actually get sweat beads rolling down me. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's a good question for a doctor.

I don't sweat from my face to I sweat weirdly from my hands i guess because I was born in 1994 dog's year.

my daughter and i had that problem and ours was because we didn't drink water enough .when i started running i would just become over heated and feel sick i started drinking lots of water it took a while. i drank as i would run and little by little i began to sweat.can't sweat if your dehydrated. if in doubt ask a professional.
