I go to the gym daily and burn about 750 cals on the tredmill and usually sweat a lot. Today i put a fan on me and did my usual workout, however i barely sweat at all. Did I still burn the same amount of calories as before?

It's not the sweat that burns the calories...it's the work you are doing.. If your goal is to lose fat then you need to keep your heart rate in the right zone. Take your age and minus 220 that is your max. to lose fat you need to be between 40 and 60% of that.

absolutely buy you didn't loose as much body fluid which can be a good thing. No since in dehhdration. If you are holding fluids you may want to avoid the fan.
