This is sooo hard to explain and very scary.....
I was asleep and dreamt that i was watching my self asleep and it was dark. I was trying to get out of bed but felt as if the gravity was soo strong that i couldn't stand. So i started to crawl trying to get out of the room and I remember yelling for my mom and dad to help me out. (In the dream i thought it was actual reality.) When i reached the door i started to choke and felt as if i was gonna die. I then woke up and the scariest part is just to come. I didnt know if i was dreaming or not still cuz my room "in real life" and in the dream it looked exactly the same. I had stuff on the ground like papers and i remeber in the dream when I was crawling over it. I was kind of in denial thinking am still dreaming until i slapped my self lol.

I believe most dreams are out-of-body experience to the future or to the past. I also believe that this dream is a message to you. Although, you may not understand it consciously, your sub-conscious has surely taken the message. Your sub-conscious will lead you to the right way. Only then will you understand the true meaning of the dream. It looks like a forthcoming serious problem with papers and documents to me. However, you will rise from the difficulty.

V common type of dream linked to "sleep paralysis", which takes place when humans are in the in-between of sleeping and waking.

Get this: your body relaxes so profoundly that you have a feeling of paralysis, which in reality lasts a few seconds, but in the dream consciousness can seem eternal!! Also, sense of suffocation is very usual, as your throat has relaxed so much that it has momentarily restricted your air passage.

Friend of mine had an anxiety disorder where she'd freak out every time she almost went to sleep - it was because of fearful dreams attached to this kind of sleep paralysis.

Have you ever had a dream where you're trying to run away, and it's just NOT happening? Going really slowly, feeling heavy? same thing...

Because you are so close to waking, you'll often find that your exact surroundings are in the dream itself. Don't worry, doesn't sound like astral projection to me. That's a whole other kettle of fish.

I have experienced the same but more intense. One time i had to wake up 5 time before I was actually awake.

I believe it is some form of spiritual state. With how scary it is I believe it to be of demonic origin.

When I have those dreams I find comfort in the fact that In the name of Jesus I will be set free.

You must have eaten a lot. Be sure not to eat too much at night or else you might die. With that kind of dream, it's good you were able to wake up. Or else. You know what I mean.

Maybe you where abducted by some ET's for some of those scientific tests they do. Heck, I saw a show on the science channel not too long ago where people described the same thing, (but they remembered seeing the aliens...LOL)

I agree with the direction Mike states. I spiritual experience. That has happened to me before. It was extremely intense and I could not move nor cry out fo the longest. When I finally did I kept screaming, "Jesus!" I knew that was my saving grace and that is how I was able to awake. I was completely drained once I could wake up.

You may have a sleeping disorder. It happened to me when I was young too, sometimes, you are too tired, you don't even know if you are actually dreaming. or when you yell for help, the help is actually in your dream. I had that when I had long afternoon nap.

To stay away from it, try to sleep in a regular time or you may have that agian

It was just a dream. Eat real heavy foods before you fall asleep and your mind will dream strange things. It was just a dream.
