isn't the in person-friendly words one which generalizes and bashes. There are those that are advise and/or ignorant from as well, that is merely no longer the overall public. Which brings me back to who looks to imagine that faith is meant to be like democracy and majority regulations.

It is important to know who you are and whose you are.Everyone is accountable and has to know the reason for his/her faith.Perilous times are just starting. It is going to get worse. And if you cannot keep up with the footmen and get tired, will you keep up with the chariots/speed and changes of this age?I believe some people want a good argument.God can turn their ignorance or ridicule into knowledge and insight through you and me. You and I have to know more than the Bible because some people reject it and you cannot use it as a reference.Just as the other group do their research thoroughly, you and I have to 'go into the world' without being tainted by worldly ideas.Hide the Word of God in your heart then trust God to fill your mouth with wisdom your enemies cannot gainsay nor resist.God says if you lack wisdom ask Him.The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

Yeah us members from the other group are perceived by the particular group as imbeciles. And they are told they have to win everybody's soul for God.

I've been noticing that same pattern too!

Bash, rip, put-down...it's what most atheists do a this site...

It's what most Christians do at this site...

It's what most Muslims do at this site...

About 10 percent of the posts/questions are beautiful, though, and teach me a lot, and they come from people from all different religious backgrounds.

There are days, however, that I feel like asking, in total frustration,

"DO YOU THINK WE CAN EVER HAVE PEACE IN THIS WORLD IF YOU CONTINUE TO SHOUT IGNORANT AND HATEFUL THINGS TOWARD PEOPLE WHO ARE DIFFERENT THAN YOU?"

Then I calm down, search for the 10 percent, and smile.

:)

At some point, each side runs out of specifics that can be verified.

You can make a case, either way, depending on what your values and core beliefs are.

Without specific proof to offer the other side (that meets their terms of acceptance), generalities are all we are left with.
