The liberal media will never be satisfied. They hate our country too much to care what happens to innocent Marines. They've already tried and hung them. They're not going to say I'm sorry and be all apologetic. They're going to bring up something else that they think is wrong with the military or the Bush Administration, and keep those Marines in jail even longer. They have such an intense hatred of anything Bush or anything that's right, that they couldn't imagine supporting the military. My brother's a Marine, in the same division. He knows the corpsman. The corpsman told Tim (my brother) that they weren't even close to the place where that incident happened. It's an outrage that someone could be so unAmerican.

Probably not, but if I were their lawyer I would think about arguing that they mistook them for combatants because they are dressed like the terrorists, especially since the Supreme Court decided that the Geneva Convention applies to those monsters at GITMO. That's only if what the media claims happened happened the way they claim it did. The thing is we don't even know if it was our guys that killed those people in Haditha, we don't know if there were weapons their. To many unknowns. That is why we have the constitutional protection of presumed innocence for our citizens.

Wait, I am not sure that they will get a fair trial in a military court. The military being hounded by the press might just convict them to appease the anti-war crybabies.
I think they would have a better chance in a civilian court, just like the bleeding hearts want for those fcking ragheads in gitmo.
Maybe we should just discharge them from the military and call it even.

it is OK if they were fighting for your country, but it becomes a mistake when they commit war crimes in other countries.
Perhaps you think that they are protecting you, but some of them thinks that he is in a video game and can kill whoever he wants whenever he wants.
People are valuable to their loved once, you may not care about them, but certainly the citizens of the country that you have destroyed care.
As far as I am concern , I would be happy to see them rotten in jail if they have done what they are accused off. If they didn't do it. They should return home !!

I agree, someone is not going to be happy no matter what happens. The Lib media are already talking about the death penalty ( blood thirsty group ), if they are found innocent it will be Bush's fault. These poor Americans have no rights because they are in the Military defending our freedoms. Seems ironic to me.

To the press they are guilty as charged and they can prove it.
How you ask. They are US military right. So in their eyes they are guilty and need to be hanged just of being in the marines or navy. The press has a hate for any thing that US military does or is.

Idiots in the media will call it a whitewash, but they will still get a fair trial in a military court-martial. Their granted rights under the UCMJ will be respected.

The idiots and the communist news media will still call it a "white-wash." These are same idiots who are crying about the NSA trying to find out where the terrorist attack is going to happen. It is time to put these idiots in prison,
like GITMO!!!

Yeah, it will be a huge conspiracy. It really is a no-win situation because they have already been tried and convicted in the media.
