There are are few discrepancies to your question. First are you sure you love him? If you do, you wouldn't have had sex with another guy right?
Secondly, unless he kept a spy cam running, or has some friend spying on you, can't be certain for him to find out about it.

If you really cared about him, you wouldn't be cheating on him. Do him a favor, and let him go...he deserves someone who's going to be honest and faithful...
...realize by cheating, you are okaying yourself to be cheated on...so no whining when you date some guy and he fools around on you...you've already set the precedent for that...
