Yes, but too much exercise can actually age you physically (not just in terms of looks). This is where athletes come in. I'm an avid runner and am 30, but literally look about 10 years younger. I can only attribute that to exercise & drinking lots of water!

atheletes are working way to hard and have a lot more to worry about than the average person. I don't think you would work out as hard as they do. Yes working out will make you look younger. I work out regularly and people always think i am a lot younger than i am
