5'7" and 135 sounds fine to me. im not just saying this either. you are at a healthy weight right now. eating fatty foods only causes health problems, so instead go for more carbs and bigger portion sizes if you still want to gain. if you exercise/weight train you will gain muscle which weighs more that fat anyways. good luck, but stay healthy and happy.

Eat regularly all day and then about an hour or so before you go to sleep eat a whole box of little debbie cakes. Do this for a bout a week until you are at ur ideal weight.

eat something like a huge plate of tuna pasta, as it gives loadsa energy but is still healthy, and work out with weights and things, like walking, nothing too aerobic.
you can also get protein shakes which work pretty well and they taste pretty good aswell. your pharmacist should be able to advise you on these.....keep up the weights and walking regime..it will build u up well but the exercise isnt to vigorous so u wont burn all ur energy.
unless u wanna be just fat then you could eat fastfood 24/7...that seems to work lol

5'7 130 sounds perfect. How much you wanna gain? If it was me I'd take some time off work and eat my little heart out...lay on the couch for hours at a time and take lots of naps.. How hard does that sound?

I agree with v for vendetta. (Which was a BORING MOVIE)
but you should work out and make your body HUNGRY!!!!
Believe me, I can'e gain weight for NOTHING EITHER. But I started lifting weights and running and I started eating MORE than my husband. I'm not even joking. He is 23 and 6feet. he weighs 160 and I'm 22 5.2 feet and I only weigh 115. I hate my weight but as soon as I started working out and eating meat and meat and more meat (with veggies) and snacking in between, I started gaining good weight. One night we went to Red Robin for some burgers and for the first time, I ate all my food. As if that wasn't enough, I ate his leftover burger and got somemore fries (they were "bottomless fries").
Usually I get full easily and believe me when I tell you that, PROTEIN SHAKES DO NOT WORK!!!!
It IS a scam and those people make millions on idiots who use them. Before I got married I got some strawberry protein mix and I made it 3 and 4 times a day. As nasty as it was, I thought "I can do it, its a small price to pay". LITTLE DID I KNOW!!!!
anyway, before that I tried eating junk but just like you it made me sick.
do it as natural as possible

stop eating so many times a day.

at six o clock eat a bowl of ice cream with light whipped cream and peanuts. oh and dont forget the hot fudge by smuckers.
every night before you go to bed drink 2 twenty four ounce beers.
dont do any exercise and you should be fat in less than 6 months.

They sell weight gainer at vitamin stores. It's a protien shake for athletes. It'll help ya.

Fatty food is bad for you - high cholesterol. You don't want to clog up your arteries and crap. So don't eat things that are Bad for you. No wonder you got sick!

My brother used those protein weight gainer shakes and mixed 'em with ice cream. He had to gain 15lbs in 30 days to join the Navy.

they have a drink called Boost at the stores and many others like it, it's for people who need to gain weight. also working out is another way to gain weight, muscle weighs more then fat and weights will make you gain some weight also.
