Tilapia, it's not very strong. Since when do people make tacos out of fish? Is this a West Coast thing? Here in Massachusetts, a "fish taco" only means one thing....

Alaskan halibut is the best fish to go in it. It's a firm white fish with great flavor; you can substitute with any firm white fish

I would choose either snapper or bass. They hold their shape the best and will not fall apart.
