the only way is to earn it back, and that's going to take time. Put yourself in her shoes do you hink you deserve her trust? Didn't think so. Give her time and be a good girl.

You have to gain your mom trust again. Parents/parent wants their kids/kid to be better then they ever can be. But kids are human too,and they make human error like their parents/parent. It's hurt parents/parent for their kid/kids to do that.
Stop smoking, or least try to quit. If you keep smoking, later on it going to be hard, very hard to quit. I don't know what you mean by cutting. But if you been cutting school. Then you need to stay in there, and get what learning you can get. One of these days, you will think about your school days. Then wish you had stay in there.
You don't won't to get a job, and only end up flipping burgers for the rest of your life. Your young, and have plenty of time to chase after boys. Make an effort and try to get things back on track. Show your mom, that you willing to hold some things off for her sake.
If you have good friends, then they should understand that you are trying to make peace with your mom. But if you are running around with the wrong crowd, then it best to head the other directions. Sometimes people judge you by what your friends do.
Hand out an olive branch, and surrender a white flag.
Let her know the war is over and time to piece things together.

You need to show her she can trust you. Start helping out around the house, or ask her to go to the movies or out to eat with you. Don't just constantly nag her about not trusting you, and not letting you go somewhere that will just tick her off even more..

QUIT smoking, be the FIRST one ready for church next time, and SHOW her that you are making an effort to make up for your mistakes. Don't give up! It will take time, but hang in there.

Time heels all wounds. But proof is in the Pudding. You have to earn her trust just as I did. It takes time and patience.
