Truthfully, it is probably none of your business. I am sure he let you borrow his phone considering that you could be mature enough to accept that he may like to look at things like that. As long as he is not making any advances to you, let things be. No one was ever called a bad person just for enjoying porn. If that were the case, then more than half the free world would be bad.

If the truth could be told, most adult males own some pornography, somewhere. That by itself doesn't mean that the guy is a sexual predator. However, as a young female there are things that you should do anyway. Number one, when you are alone with a guy, you can pretty much assume that he is at least thinking about sex, so always be on guard and never allow yourself to get into a potentilly unsafe situation. Number two, you have to realize that the possibility of being assaulted always exists and think what you could do if it happened. Be prepared.
Honestly, though, I wouldn't worry about some guy because of porn, unless he has been trying to get you alone, pushin' up on you or whatever. Just be safe like you should normally and you'll be OK.

You definitely should not, absolutely not, get into a conversation with him about what you saw. Most men who do this, are not going to delete the pictures and will defend their right to view porn. Try not to use his phone and if it comes up where he presented this or anything else inappropriate to you, let him know how uncomfortable this makes you feel and how inappropriate you think this is for him to do, as a stepfather and stand your ground to leave it at that. Ewww is right! You don't need to know this about your Step-Dad.

As long as he is respectful of you.
Does nothing that is not appropriate with you.
As long as the material is 18+.
Then you do nothing.
He is an adult that can view that material.
It is not your place to chose how he lives. He is an adult.
If you are a minor, as I suspect, you need to obey your parents in the normal day to day activities.
You should stay clear of his phone as you know it has pictures that you are not of an age to view.

Talk to your Mom. Do these women look of age? Does your Mother know? If it's just adult material, and your Mother is aware, there is really nothing you can do about it. Let him know you aren't comfortable. But if you suspect that the pictures are of underage girls you should contact the authorities.

I suggest that you tell a trusted adult, such as a parent. You will have to admit to being nosy, yet the bigger issue needs to be dealt with. I do not know (or want to know!) your age, but it was obviously tramatic to you. Please talk to someone about it. And, never borrow the phone again!

Ok so your step dad has nude pics of women on his phone.
He should be careful about you seeing them. As long as the pictures are not of you, it is just not that big a deal.
Most men look at pornography. As long as he is not trying to do anything with you, it is a small issue.

Respect his privacy. That is his phone, after all. If he starts to come after you in that manner, then seek help. If he does not, then just do not borrow his phone. If you feel brave enough, ask him about it and tell him how you feel. The bigger problem comes when he starts to come after you being a perv.

Unless there's something illegal about those pics - children, animals, etc... do nothing.
Most adult men have those kinds of pictures around somewhere. It's not at all unusual or abnormal.
If there is something illegal about those pics - talk to your mom.

This is Hard but you need to go to Your Mom.Explain what happen and what you saw. Let her talk to you and handle it first. If its still bothering you then go to a counselor at school.
