It is obvious that most of global warming is caused by greenhouse gasses (CO2) that traps infared radiation (heat) from the sun.
However,
I wonder to what effect that radiant heat that is given off by warm blooded organisms (especially 7 billion humans), cars (hot engines), appliances, burning of materials and factories and the heat island effect has contributed to global warming. Even air conditioners and refridgerators produce more heat than cool air.

May I disagree with your conclusion above mention.
My theory is traight and forward:
A hundred years ago or so, the Earth was not wired (electrical generators, distribution lines, DC versus AC and 40hrts-60hrts)
With the ever increasing demand of a clean fuel for our comfort,
man has wired the Earth ( and now space) in all of it's conners as the economic driver, being the transmission of the ELECTRICAL MODUAL and it's ATOM.
( An action causes a reaction),( HEAT)
# 1, Why is the land so bare next to an ELECTRICAL generating land site contour area profile?.
# 2, Why is the Magnetic Poles moving some 10-to-15 degrees annualy and excellarating rapidly?.
# 3, Why is it that Governments including Municipalities not grant any-one a "Residential" building priviledge "permit" within an unsafe distance from an Hydro-Line or Sub-Station? (arking and radiation maybe?)
# 4, Why is the World facing exceedingly hughes wet-storms and dry areas?

The radiant heat given off my bodies and machines is pretty much being taken care of by the moving air in the lower atmosphere, allthough that is a very interesting hypothesis.
You are right...carbon dioxide is the biggest culprit, with second biggest problem being methane. The increase of methane in the upper atmosphere has been attributed to the increase of domesticated livestock, namely cows, that are raised in the US for human consumption.
In other words, cow flatulence is heating up the earth.
