Hoops on your nose, lip, or top of your ear are very tacky.
A barbell is the only way you can wear a tounge ring.
Don't do it because you want to impress boys. Do it because it's something you want. When you are 18.

Since I'm not a boy, but a man, I'd have to say NO! The only true piercings on a girl and are actually a turn on, is the ears and the belly..... assuming you can pull a belly piercing off!!!
If you (any female) have a gut, and I don't mean a little pooch... I mean a GUT! For god sake please don't get a belly piercing.
Oh and what the crap do you mean by "hoops" are you talking about big hoop earrings or as some people refer to them "ankle holders! :P

You shouldnt be getting your tounge peirced because "bois like it". If a guy doesnt like your hair color are you going to change it? Be your own person.
