What i mean is, if there parents say that they have to take the pill does that child have the right to say no and not take it?

the parents have the responsibility to act in the best interest of their children, as they may not know what is best for them, so I presume that it would not be a "right" for a child to take pills with parental consent

The children have to oblige the parents in this respect because the parents are giving medicines for the health of the kids only and the children can not decide which is correct and which is wrong.

Theoretically, no, their parents have control over what medication they take. Of course, the kid can always refuse to take the pills, but in my house doing something like that would have gotten me punished.

Legally the parents are the decision-makers in our system of laws that has evolved until the person is 18.

no, if the parent thinks the child needs it then the child needs to take it. my daughter takes medicine for her allergies. she would have no right to tell me she isn't gonna take em.

Everybody on her will have a different opinion. I can tell you from a persoanal experience with my nephew that is add has dramatically improved since being on his medication. he is know a straight a student. well behaved. and he seems more realxed.

YES.. if it is prescribed by a doctor and will help them.. then yea they have a right
this is america and they are americans, they have the same rights as adult americans do
