whenever he feels comfortable telling ppl, he will tell. if you respect him, wait until he feels comfortable telling co-workers. then there wouldn't be any arguments or fighting.

I'm assuming you're both single? He isn't hiding a wife somewhere that you don't know about, or a fiance?
In that case, what about where you work? Some places forbid employees from dating, especially if one is in management and one isn't.
Are you sure he loves you, or is just enjoying the sex? Sounds like either he is just a very personal person, or, he's ashamed that he's seeing you, or, he's afraid that telling everyone will ruin his chances of scoring with other female employees.
I'd talk to him, ask him what the big deal is. Only problem is, if you push him you may lose him, but then if thats the case, it may not be such a loss.

Dating in the workplace is always, always tricky. There are so many ways to screw it up. If both of you are not comfortable making it common knowledge in the office, do not do it. Leave it alone for now. However, if this relationship lasts for more than a couple more months, then you really need to ask him what he intends, here. See, he is afraid of "after the relationship," which is prudent, if he sees the end coming. But you need to rethink your own standing in the relationship if your fellah thinks it is only temporary.
Be careful.

I did that for a number of years and I told my wife about every one that I did. It was only my boss who hated me for it because he wasn't getting any of it. But to tell you the truth, most of those "normal office women" all suck anyway! So, they are not even worth the time spent. In other words, if I had it to do over again then I might think twice . . . Especially that last one. I hope this answers your question. Okay?

There are so many problems that can erupt when coworkers find out. He probably has been thru that before and realizes what can happen. If your relationship is strong it could work and if both of you have the right mentality to deal with all the gossip and troublemakers.

Right, unless he has another reason for not telling anyone at work. Maybe you should find out the real reason.

There are drawbacks to dating at work. Many companies have rules against it. The expression, "Don't get your meat where you get your bread" ... comes to mind. I would want to keep it under wraps.

You have to ask two questions. 1, Why on earth do you want to tell everyone? 2, Why do you think he doesn't ?

Is he embarrassed by you... do you have facial hair, or a third eye or something... do you smell funny... if no to all of these, then ask him what the problem is and why he has to be so secretive!!!
