Im a shy guy and when I had my girlfriend I wanted to kiss her, hold her hand and all that but i guess i was just afraid to. So he probably wants to but is just too shy right now, if he does not do anything at all then make the first move and he wont be afraid to do it later on.

Let him know first off that he means everything to you. , That you value his sense of trust and his sense of People always and respect that very much about him.
Then gently plant a big wet kiss on his lips and grasp his hand at the same time.
If that doesn't work, try this:
Have some dessert, maybe a slice of cake or something messy. Look at his him and say, "You have some smutz on your face", while you motion to wipe it off with a tissue in your hand. then go about making the motions to wipe it off and in the process plant a kiss on his lips .

Take his hand. If he's shy then perhaps you should wait until you're alone at 1st. He may just be uncomfortable with public displays of affection. Do it in private, then when he feels comfortable, hold his hand in public. Making out should be private anyway.

my dear sweetheart, just do it no hint and he will love you for it . I was a shy guy to and always had big plans on the first move and when a girl friend was brave enough to go first it made it easy for us to move on becauce i could make the second move

when you want to hold his hand just do what i do. gently grab his hand and thar you go.you are proble wondring what do i do if he ask what are you doing smple tell him that you whant to hold his hand.and on the other than just start kising him on the chec and slole go to his moth
