I am off to travel to Cairo, then Rome, Florence, Venice, Austria, Germany, and France where should i get the best coffee as i cannot go for like 5 hours without a cup!

In Egypt try Turkish coffee at the numerous coffee shops dotting the city.

Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, they are all over the place. Of course you could look around for local places, more than likely to have good prices and good variety. Plus that way you can experience what local culture is like as well.
