PHone Problem?

Question

Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my phone line..... i can't call out on my phone line but anyone around my area can...i bought another phone to see if it was just the phone we had..but it wont dial-out...all it gives me is the buzzing tone...*not dialing tone*... YET i can get online..

Voice and data communications are done on different frequencies. This seems to be a problem from the phone company. I don’t think you can fix it by your self. Schedule a home visit.
