I not 100% sure but I think you can get them from LIMEWIRE, just go to download.com & download limewire. I think this might work cause that's what my co-worker using for his MP3 & I use for my cell phone. Like I said I'm not 100% sure if it will work for your IPOD though but I guess it doesn't hurt to try.

bearshare.com is the best. download the free version. you will still need the program that came iwth your ipod to upload the music.

download lime wire off the internet its what i use and u download songs then you transfer them onto your itunes
