Love sickness is the worst. Food poisoning has a time limit. say 24 or 48 hours of agonising pain puke etc. Yes it may result in death but that is extreme. At least it can be treated. Love sickness that is the worst sort of thing you do not know whether you are going or coming. Insomnia; loss of appetite, head and heart ache hopelessness, anxiety and depression can even manifest as other physical illnesses and people have been known to die of it.

Love sickness is worse and I'll tell you why. Although Food Poisioning is no walk in the park either! Have you ever had food poisioning? GAWD!!! It's AWFUL! You feel like you've NEVER felt so sick in all your life! You puke, and puke and puke....and just when you think you can't puke no more, you puke again! But then, slowly, it subsides and you're done with it...unlike love sickness which clinches your heart in a knot and all your emotions with it and it lingers for what seems like an eternity!

Depends on weather you would rather be in extreme pain with the possibility of death, or a long term aching that can last for years?
If you prefer extreme pain for a short while and then maybe death then Love Sickness is worse.
If you prefer a life with an aching that will last forever but not to die then Food poisoning is worse.

Depends how you define "worse". Food poisoning can range from nausea and loose bowels to death...don't know what's "worse" than that.
Lovesickness, on the other hand, can mitigate your decision making and have irrepairable consequences - and if you get yourself into a pistol duel, yeah, that could go badly as well.

What are his indications? Is he throwing up, does he have diarrhea, does his abdomen damage, does he sense dehydrated and weak, does he have a headache? He desires to drink any type of fluid except milk or caffeinated beverages to save hydrated.
