"G" is an abbreviation of "Giga" meaning 1 billion.

"M" is an abbreviation of "Mega" meaning 1 million.

So a Giga (whatever) is 1000 times more than a Mega (whatever).

Now if I only had a Giga$...

bit, byte, megabyte, gigabyte.

A gigabyte is 1000 megabytes.

A G, or Gig is realy big, your HD is usually about 80G

A MB or megabyte is normal, your memory is about 512mb

ok. Its a shame nobody in the shops ever tells us this stuff
