This question has been asked many times in bible classes, but I've never gotten an answer, and how about the other days of the week?

Hi creeklops,

The word Wednesday is not found in the Bible, days were called acording to the creation order except for Saturday (Sabbath).

So Sunday being the first day of the week, therefore making Wednesday the 4th day of the week.

Caholics refer to a certain Wednesday of the week during passover "ash Wednesday", which is not found in the Bible either.

Hope this helps.

I'm not sure what specifically you are asking about the days. Are you referring to their holiness or their names, because many of them were named for Norse gods. (Wednesday came from Odin, who was also called Woden, so Woden's day became Wednesday.)

From a biblical holy standpoint, I'm afraid I don't know.
