Well, geez, it's kinda hard to do that online. But I guess I can say this:

Use small balls, probably about the size or golf balls or tennis balls. If they're smaller, they're too hard to control and see. If they're larger, they are hard to catch. Before you do three, try doing 2 with one hand. When you get a grasp on that, try three. I learned this much quicker than I thought I would. Practice for a few minutes a day. You'll get it in no time! I'm not great at it, but at least I can do it! Good luck to you.

It's all a matter of timing. Start with two balls in one hand and one in the other. Toss one of the two balls up first, when it reaches it's peak, toss the ball from the other hand, and be prepared to now catch the ball in the air with that hand, when the ball you tossed is at it's peak (the peak of it's arch, which you can control by how hard you toss the ball up) throw the ball in the opposite up into an arch and then catch the ball coming down with that hand. Continue tossing balls up and catching them keeping one ball in the air. It's easiest to watch the arch rather than your hands.

Lots of practice, when you get good at three, you can venture with 4 and up, you just have to adjust your timing because you want to account for only 1 object in each hand at a time, the rest must be spaced out in the air in front of you... I haven't gotten that far myself.

Start with 2 balls in one hand and one in the other. Throw one of the two about 2 feet in the air in a slight arc toward your other hand that has 1 ball in it. Before the ball in the air gets to that hand, throw that ball in a slight arc toward the first hand and so on and so on. It just takes practice but once you have it down it's a lot of fun. Good luck.
