If your older brother is taking advantage of you, you should talk to him personally about it. Many times people take advantage of each other unintentionally. He may not know that you feel this way about the situation. If you would talk to him about it then you may be able to solve the problem easier than if you would try to retaliate or rebel against him. Wait for a younger brother or beat him up or defend yourself any way because it will only get worse as you get older. Be independent of him, unless someone else is beating up on you then he's the first to help

Let him know and talk to him how you feel about it,By the way there is no such a thing your blood relation taking advantage,we all do things for family and sometime more then what they really deserve.

Just what do you mean by taking advantage of you? If you mean sexually, you should tell your parents. If it's getting you to do stuff for him, learn to out smart him. He's a guy so it should be easy! Unless you're a guy too, then I don't know.

You must go to your parents with credible evidence. Write your disagreement down. Logically provide evidence of what he is doing. Be real specific and real succint. Prove to you parents that you're not a part of the problem by involving them in the debate. Don't just be a critic... "OFFER SOLUTIONS"

Go to him with your concerns and have an open conversation. Don't be afraid to hold back. Don't be a polite stranger only. Do your best to make sure that what he is doing is actually happening and being done to you. Hear it from his own words for yourself.

What ever he is using to take advantage of you, ... smash it as hard as you can ... put a hurt on it every time he does that ... and he'll stop.
