Is that little g god
Or big G God

God would never tell me to kill anyone. God sent his son Jesus that everyone would have life and have it more abundantly. Of course there was a time when God did command his ppl to kill his enemies, but those days are past. Jesus died on the cross to do away with all that killing and sacrificing.

To answer your question: IF god did tell me to kill someone I would not.

I believe in the God who has revealed himself most fully in Jesus the Christ. If 'a god' told me to kill someone, I'd first need an explanation as to how the God who commanded enemy-love in Jesus would not command enemy-killing. In the end, I'm not sure what I would do... because I have committed myself to be a follower of Jesus Christ, and Jesus says to forgive and love our enemies.

GOD loves you but when HE sees evil then HE punishes by himself The same God that send Jesus to pagan romans God burned Israelites for complaining (Num 11:1), sent a plague against them for eating the meat he had given them (Num 11:33), he burned people for using incense (Num 16:35), he sent a plague against the Israelites who accused Moses of wrongdoing (Num 16:44-49), & he sent fiery snakes among the Israelites (Num 21:5).

Whoa! "Don H", God certainly has asked people to kill other people - sometimes even a whole tribe, including the women kids & the cows! So ... answer the question!

My answer would be: "What? You're out of pratice?"

It would depend on why I was killing the person. But also, it would depend on whether or not I could determine if God had really told me to kill the person or not.

No because the God I believe in wouldn't ask such a thing or condone it.

no, because He will not ask you to go against what He has revealed in His word. He has told us that we are not to murder, so He won't tell us to violate that. Self-defense is a different story, and provision is made for that in His law.
