Not necessarily. If he has a job that requires him to use his cell often, he might turn it off so he's not bothered with work while he's home with you. Or, perhaps his friends call him and bug him too often. Or it could even be he has a crummy cell plan and is trying to avoid going over minutes by turning it off at night so he doesn't have to take anymore calls. If that is your only reason you're concerned, I wouldn't sweat it. But if you feel there are more bizarre behaviors you can't explain, look for "signs of cheating" on google.com and it will give you a list of typical behavior exhibited by a cheater. Good luck to you.

VEry suspicious, but maybe he doesn't like to be bothered at home by his cell phone. If he works a lot and is on his phone all day, he may just really be tired of talking on his phone. But what would he do if someone was calling b/c of an emergency and his phone is off?

Well take this for an example:
My bestfriend has a bf that has a wife with 3 kids. He got a seperate cell phone for my bestfriend to call him but gave her the other cell number just incase. Every time he goes home to his wife he turns his phone off but his wife noticed it because she tried calling. You never should accuse someone of something unless you have proof. Make sure when you have that proof you have something to back it up with!

What other things make you suspect he is cheating? I know alot of people who turn off the phone when they get home so they can relax. It sure sounds like he is spending quality time with you instead of talking on the phone.

That's usually a sign but follow your heart because the heart don't lie. You definitely are not acting silly. Ask him why, and make sure that you look into his eyes when you do so cause like the heart, the eyes don't lie.

Did he used to shut it off when he got home before you moved in together ? You can usually tell someone is cheating when they do things out of the ordinary.

Just ask him why he turns off the phone.

I do that too. I only do it when I have given my number to a woman and I don't want my wife to know that women call me on my phone. But i'm not exactly cheating though. Maybe that's why he does it too.

what is his reason for turning it off. If the reason sounds good then let it go. He may have an old girlfriend or a stalker or something. You should ask to see why it may be really innocent

you should checkout his call records, just pretend your phone has low battery, and use his, do something to get to that [phone] its your only way of finding the truth, don't let no one play with you, I've never cheated on my girlfriend, only on my ex lol, she was a slut so I had an excuse, but I dont ever keep secrets from Sara,
