Get a trim.
Use biolage ultra moisturizing shampoo.
Yes it is more expensive but you only have to use a little bit, here's the trick...
it is really concentrated so put a dime to quarter size amount in your hand, work it through your hair THEN quickly put you head under the water for just a half a second and then lather again poof lots of bubbles.
This bottle has lasted since Feb and I have hair down to my butt.
Then pantene moisturizer conditioner for women of color.
(I'm white and I use it, it works great)
This is the best my hair has looked in a long time.
Good luck

No, I do not. Here's some tips:
I use Tressame Shampoo and Conditioner.
I get my hair trimmed every 2 Mounths.
I also blow dry my hair after my showers.
This helps with wonderful body for your hair and absolutely no split ends =)

No honey. I actually pay someone to have my hair cut on a regular basis. Ususally only costs about $20. I would advise getting your hair cut. Oh, and shampoo is a good thing too you know?

Used to. Then I started using Infusium 23 shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in treatment. Within a week, they were all gone, and my long hair can continue to grow out even longer.
