Work out as in exercise or as in work out your problem you aren't agreeing with?
I say just lock him in a closet for a while until he comes to his senses... Kidding! lol

is he out of shape, perhaps try to make it easier and creative to work out. try the beach, the park or any other place than the gym.

i think its wrong for him to think it, but i do it anyways. its for me and my health, not him. i would think he has a big insecurity issue and he is controlling!! if it's you get over sweetie, be thankful she's not a fat slob, and she's probabley working out to turn you on, we women have alot of competition out there, let her work out.
