Actually, it would probably be cheaper and more productive if the company lobbied to legalize pot and then served all the employees pot. It would benefit the company since their employees wouldn't get all kinds of diseases from drinking (liver/kidney diseases, etc). Not only that - but since you mentioned creativity - pot would certainly rule over alcohol in that department, as well a being truthful and promoting an atmosphere of peace and love.
There would also be no hangovers, and the worst case scenario that would happen wouldn't be alcohol poisoning - it would be someone falling asleep with a bag of dorito's in their hand and waking up hours later a little groggy. The only thing that the office would need to make sure it had was munchies and their employees would be good to go.

Where do I sign up? I'd probably turn into an alcoholic from my job and and get chirrosis of the liver which the company would have to pay for.

I would laugh my butt off, because if the people I work with are this dumb sober, I would love to see what kind of work they would produce smashed.

Then off course, I would have to join them in getting smashed.

It doesn't matter if drinking do all that, becuase no matter what, it always leads to injury, entanglement and possibly death. Drinking is a medicine that hooks you on right away and doesn't let you go. And it's VERY harmful to your health. I don't recommend drinking.

As I am a retired bartender, I would, no doubt mix and serve drinks.
