OK, you 2 can't keep dancing around each other, it seems as though you're going to have to take initiative and ask him out. Since he is into punk rock maybe the two of you could go to a concert, or if he has his own band you could offer to go and listen to his band. Stop with the "do you like me" conversations, it's getting you nowhere. Since you know that he likes you just go ahead and ask him out.....Good luck
