He gave a huge clue: LOVE.

This means, fortunate societies need to help less fortunate ones. This means the rich needs to sacrifice some of their time for the poors. This means the advantaged need to care for disadvantaged.

Jesus did say the greatest commandments are to love God first and then to love one another.
(Mark 12:29-31)

You might try Acts 2:42-47

Actually, if you really want to know the answer, if you study Jesus' example in the gospels (Matt, Mark, Luke and John) and then if you follow the examples of the early church that followed (Basically the rest of the New Testament except for Revelations). you can get a feel for the way Jesus intended us to live with one another. There is alot of great stuff, but too much to write here.

You might find that it is radically different from the way society in general is today.

Many blessings.

Yes. Dubya said Jesus is his favorite political philosopher and so we can conclude that Jesus might have favored a unitary executive with the power to arrest people without charges or trial and hold them indefinitely, wiretap without cause or warrants, examine financial transactions without legislative oversight. nullify acts of the legislature with signing statements, torture anyone any time so long as no major organ failure occurs, pass out no bid contracts to cronies, attack unarmed nations which pose no actual threat, invite male prostitutes to the executive mansion for God knows what, and have one party rule.

Or maybe Dubya just doesn't understand Jesus.

Yes--but the comments made on this level were very brief--I'm sure much more qualified people will be along any minute to give you a complete run down on probably much more of this than you really want to know---but--His comments included --rendering to Ceasar what was Ceasar's --certain instructions about how one is to conduct themself with and around others and the like-----THE PRIMARY INSTRUCTIONS OF THE STRUCTURE OF SOCIAL CONDUCT--was laid out by God Himself in His dealings with the children of Isreal and various other places in human history where He interviened through prophets and other inspired peoples

Nope
That is why he wasn't as perfecet as everyone says. His teaching were solely on a spiritual level and that is why it was never required for him to say anything that anyone could find displeasing. He never ruled a society and was never forced to defend it. Heck Jesus didn't even give us an example on how to raise a family.

Jesus is an unstaunched liberal because he comes from the lowest class. But he also has a large family. Play off of those.
