Mmm. That would be "allowed," and no, in Jefferson City, capital of the Show Me state, fireworks are not allowed. However, if you're in the neighborhood on the evening of the Fourth, stop by. We have an excellent program, including fireworks, at the capitol building. The fireworks are launched from a barge on the river.

Some neighborhood areas are zoned to prohibit fireworks. It's a good idea to contact local police or city hall for that information.

Firing off pistols, rifles in the air is a dangerous idea too: what comes up has to come down....and falling bullets are not only illegal....they're DEADLY.

Yes but we have a certain time limit after 8:00 pm we cant shot them anymore and if we do and get caught that's onus.

yes, we live in the country so we can but they might put a band on it this year due to lack of rain!!!!
