They all seem interrelated.
The body shows how the mind and body feel. It's like the artist's canvas. You can also do thing physically to lift yours and other people spirits and teach there minds by physically showing them.
Your mind is also important in your thinking, comprehending, understanding and believing and having faith. Your thinking and reasoning can lift yours spirit and other peoples spirits and minds by putting your thoughts into actions..
Spirit, it's what shines through us. When your spirit is sad you show it. When it is happy others can see your happy. It is the driving force within. A happy spirit can make others happy, a sad spirit can make others sad. And an angry spirit can make others angry. Our spirit can effect our thinking and our actions in ourselves and others.
So all our spirits, mind, body and spirits are interrelated.

Body, mind and spirit is mans personal trinity. When all three are in harmony with one another then the person is happy, content with no worries to drag him down. That doesn't mean he has no problems, just that he is balanced within himself and can take on any challenges that come his way.
Body: a healthy and active body, is neccessary for ones health
Mind: an active mind prevents stagnation and one that is open will grow and be more in tune with their surroundings.
Spirit: If both body and mind are healthy then the spirit is strong. A strong spirit feeds the mind and body.
All are interconnected. If one is off balance then there are physical, mental and spiritual problems.

All three are an essential part of a person, and each must be exercised to be made stronger. But the mind is the way to understanding each. You can read and talk to others to understand the spirit and body.

I believe in the body and mind, for that is all that we can experience. There is no possible way for any human to experience anything beyond what our body is capable of perceiving, therefore, any such ideas of spirits, or souls, or god, or anything supernatural, is entirely made up.

I believe in the spirit...the higher self. Body is just a vessel. Mind (logic/emotion) vaguely defines us but does connect body and spirit, and the spirit is who we really.

I believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit, God, three in one.
Every thing else is secondary.
