I do and I started taking a very low dose of paxil and it helped. now i want to quit taking it and try and maintain through better health, excersise and food. Any thoughts or experiences?

Yep! But due to the 35 pound weight gain in only 18 months I am SLOWLY getting off of it!

I would only quit taking it on advice from your physician. I went through a 5 year period where I had high anxiety levels. I took a drug called BUSPAR for that time period, and it helped keep the symptoms under control. After 5 years, I quit taking the medication and have not had any trouble since then.

Exercise will work wonders on anxiety and depression.

Anxiety. I use to think I did, til I found out all you experience doesn't necessarily come from yourself.

Deep breathing exersizes can help.
