It’s not that they no longer have free will. They simply no longer need it. Free will requires the exercise of perception based judgment. Judgment is necessary only until we learn that Love is the only appropriate response to any situation we are confronted with. At this point we are operating beyond perception and judgment with a faculty known as vision. That is, we see all as though we were seeing through Gods eyes. Angles already have reached this state of vision therefore they do not operate using either perception or judgment. Freewill is no longer necessary from their position of vision and knowledge.

I believe angels have free will just like humans but since they have became worthy of entering the kingdom of Heaven, they'll most likely do good and things that are pleasing to God. They don't always have to necessarily do works. They probably have social lives as Heaven is described very often as a paradise, a place of constant rejoicing, singing and dancing. So I'm sure there's things to do up there.
As for Lucifer, he had free will too, he believed that he was better than God and wanted to overthrow Him and as such was punished for his treason and casted down to an eternal wasteland to spend all eternity hence the term "fallen angel."
Could a regular angel opt to do bad? Possibly, the Bible mainly mentions humans and consequences concerning humans for following God's law and disobeying God's law, etc. It doesn't mention much about what actually transpires in the Kingdom of Heaven or the consequences for breaking God's law up there or if it's even possible at that point.

no angels, are agents who do God's bidding. they do not have free will in the same sense we do. the Bible says that at the end of time, all the people who were sinners that got saved, are going to sing a song about forgiveness, and the angels will sit down. they're not allowed to sing about forgiveness because they have never felt it.
as for Lucifer, I imagine all that happened before God created humans. when Lucifer and all his friends got kicked out of heaven, I bet some changes came around!

Angels must have free will if Lucifer drifted the way he did.

If I know correctly, angels have free will. If not Lucifer wouldn't rebel against God.

If Angels did not have free will, then Satan (Lucifer) and demons (former angels) would not have fallen because they would not have been capable of CHOOSING to do evil

Yes, angels have free will - but also cannot change their minds as humans can. St. Thomas discusses angels at great length in his Summa Theologica, available online.

In Islam, angels do not have free will.
In Roman Catholicism, angels have free will, but angels think non-discursively.
