How do you explain compassion and love?

Accident is not the word I would use.

But as for compassion and love, they are instinctual behaviors, wherein you feel a desire to protect someone or something that provides you with benefits. On the other hand, you won't love something that doesn't provide you with benefits. Look at Israelis and Palestinians. They might love their families equally. But because they disagree, that love doesn't extend to each other?

And as proof of this... ever had an ex-spouse? Ever seen someone with an ex-spouse? If so, have you ever seen how easily that "love" and "compassion" can turn to hate and revulsion?

It's all a matter of satisfying one's own personal interests.

God is perfect, he does not do half way or do anything by accident. God is love. We get our love for each other from God as a example;however we do emulate God's love he had for us before we were even born. Jesus loved us like he loved the church.

And let us not forget the ones we tend not to hold in such high esteem: hate, vindictiveness, anger, fear, sadness and despair. Yes, they are all part of the package.

That proves God exists in the frontal lobes.

When people have frontal lobotomies, they lose all emotions, so that settles it. God is the frontal lobes.

Isn't that amazing? I wonder why scientists bother with all those theories when the answers are so simple.
