No, it falls apart and you might swallow some. Buy Dr. George's Tooth Whitening system at any Walgreens.

It would probably get the gunk off of your teeth, but do you really want your breath Mr Clean fresh? I think a good old fashioned toothbrush and toothpaste would be a much better, easier idea and you would smell minty fresh.

I personally wouldn't recommend it. Try those crest whitening strip things. Or go get them bleached if you want them whiter

I would never risk it because it has chemicals in it and you could get poisoned. Don't do it!
