Is Christianity compatible with Pilates?

Yes, there is no religious conflict. There is no religious component to Pilates that would conflict. In any case religion is within the person. A christian could certainly pray to god while doing pilates for example.

Not to be cofused with Pontius Pilate (Latin: Pontius Pilatus) was the governor of the Roman province of Judea from AD 26 until around AD 36. In modern times he is best known as the man who, according to the canonical Christian Gospels, presided over the trial of Jesus and ordered his crucifixion. So should be ok.

Yes! I'm a Catholic Christian and I do Pilates. Pilates isn't a religion so its just fine. It IS however, a great work out!

There is no reason that Pilates and Christianity are incompatible. Paul tells us, " For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."

Yep, nothing about beliefs in Pilates. Actually many Christian groups are starting Yoga groups with a Christian twist to them.

Pilates is not like yoga; you don't meditate. You don't have time to meditate, because you're focusing on which abdominal muscles you're supposed to use. It's rather difficult, physically and mentally!
