Do you believe that we lived before we were born on earth?

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

I don't believe in reincarnation, but I do believe that we all lived in Heaven with God as his spirit children developing and growing until we were ready to be tried and tested on Earth.

though I have no quotation to support it, to simply be synthesised as a soul and then die, trully die, doesn't coincide with the belief of an everlasting cycle of spirits.

I don't have my scriptures with me, but Jesus's disciples asked why a certain man was blind because he sinned or his parents. He had been blind since birth. So he must have had the opportunity to sin before birth

I did...a whole 9 months worth! My son however didn't like the idea of earth so he went for 9 months and 2 weeks.
