Kudo's to the first post!
If you are 11 and want an agent you have no idea what you are really asking. I have been in the industry for several years and it is by far one of the worst places for a child who just wants to be famous.
Singing, if you are really any good, then wait. Don't let your talent be exploited by the perverse controls of the record industry.
The music industry is a mess. You really need to focus on just being yourself and wait. If you are in Hollywood you should know that it is not all it is cracked up to be.
My advice, stay away till you are at least 16 before asking this question and 18 before really doing something about it. If you still want to be a singer and actor by that time then you have really honed your skills and have the chops, hopefully.
But unfortunately there is only room for so many at the top so make sure you have a back up plan because people can be mean and people can steal and lie.
So before you give up playing the normal life with your friends and family think about what you are asking to give up by trying to be "famous", because that is what you are doing. If you want to have Fame then you don't want the art. If you want the art then fame may come if not you still succeed with art.

Often times an agent can get you an audition, but you still need to work a lot. Rejection is %90 of the business. Most large agencies have childrens departments. You need to send them a headshot and cover letter and then the MAY contact you.
Look for agents online, but avoid scams. YOU DO NOT PAY for any agents service. Abrahms Agency in NYC, LA, and CHI have very good reputable children's departments.

If this is something your parent is willing to let you do- you can do a search online for local agencies. Your parnet can determine with a bit of research which agency seems safe, legitamate & worthwhile then the agancy can be contacted & a meeting arranged for them to determine if you are marketable/ profitable. Your parent would have to be there to sign any contracts as you are not old enough. I personally suggest being an 11 year old for now, & don't persue this if it does not bring you joy. If you're serious about acting/ singing get training- acting classes, voice lessons, audition & get head shots.

A kid doesn't need to be singing and acting, a kid needs to be playing outside.
