Why are they called "sweetish meatballs"?

I don't find them to be sweet at all...

It's Swedish meatballs. But I know of a bakery which used that same word-play by calling themselves the "Sweetish Bakery". Pretty nice name, don't you think?

first of all, they're called Swedish Meatballs, not sweetish. And it's because they originated in Sweden.

As stated above, they are SWEDISH meatballs. One unusual ingredient in many recipes is nutmeg.
