You should go with the nissan armada i bought a 2004 just a week ago and let me tell u it is the most awsome truck in the word.I have drivin many trucks and this is in my opinion the best truck out (period).Tahoe is a good truck but seriously evryone in the world has a tahoe or gm look alike truck and in my opinion they lack that special little something that foriegn vehicles have and thats perfomance, style, and reliability.Go with the nissan and watch as everyone comes up to u and complements your awsome truck. I added a link to the review of the 2006 nissan armada also www.internetautoguide.com/reviews/45-int/ sport-utility-vehicles/nissan/armada/2006/index.html

Buy the Tahoe...I owned an 04 Yukon and had no problems at all...that is, until I rolled it over five times!! Nissan has had quality problems with the Armada...the Tahoe is really a better design.

Neither. Nissan quality has gone down hill considerably since Renault took over, and Consumer Reports rates it much worse than average reliability. You're a fool if you do not consider the Sequoia.
However, if someone put a gun to my head and those were my only options, I'd go Tahoe. But you also have to plan on being in it for at least 3/4 of loan term, and you should get mad money off the sticker.

The newly revised Chevy is getting rave reviews from all the testers. I personally would have taken the old tahoe over the nissan, but in this case especially I'd take the new tahoe if I were you.

jap cars are made to be a quality vehicle
american cars are made to generate profits for the respective company through the sale of parts and labor from engineered BREAKDOWNS... not a proven theory but american companys are run by greed @$$ O's who should not recieve the time of day.
i hope one day that all that is available to buy is jap cars their SOOO much better... If japan starts making diesel work duty full size trucks the american car manufacturers are going to be beat into the ground...
just remember american cars = crap and i know you will have a warranty but who wants that inconvienece, a car should start and go consistently simple concept but the americans stuggle with this unlike the japeneese
GO NISSAN!!!!
POOP ON THE CHEVY!!!!

Depending on the condition, price and gas mileage of each. I would go for the one that gets the best mileage, has the lowest upkeep and repair costs, and is in the best condition. Where I live, the Chevrolet would be less expensive to work on, but more expensive at the pump. Given rising gas prices, I would probably select the Nissan.
Best of luck with your choice.
