Well I can't think of one art that focuses on all of the things that you name. Brazillian Jujitsu probably comes the closest. It focuses on grappling, pressure points, and submissions. I believe they do have some takedowns but most of it is groundfighting so I wouldn't consider take downs to be a part of the focus. On the flipside, Judo focuses on takedowns, grappling, and submissions but not so much on pressure points because it is a sport. Then there is Japanese Jujitsu, which is what I practice, and we focus on take downs, pressure points, and submissions. We don't do so much grappling but it is there. So all in all, if you want to focus on all of the elements you named, I would combine a couple of martial arts (BJJ and Judo would be quite effective if you want to compete in a fight competition or just get in good shape. If you are looking to study for pure self defense, then BJJ and Japanese Jujitsu would be good).

I do not forget that you imagine there are advantages and drawbacks on your actual makeup. even as that's real for say basketball it isn't so for real martial arts. there would nicely be advantages in the initiating yet by guidance that alterations. Small guy beats large guy in spite of length. You hear that plenty proper? guidance makes the adaptation no longer length on my own. the way you practice is determined by utilizing the type and instructor. The extra experienced the coach the better. the superb type received't do something for you even if it really is taught by utilizing a foul instructor. So opposite to what some would imagine the coach is of the most importance. looking a strong college/instructor is often the complicated area. the want arises do on your man or woman. you also could comprehend that actual Arts do not comply with someone. they are in many circumstances practiced effectively by utilizing each and absolutely everyone. No artwork is merely for one body type or man or woman. it really is brilliant to study an intact classic equipment. no longer the chopped up stuff human beings bypass off as martial arts on the instantaneous. Martial arts do not replace for man or woman climate tall or short, heavy or skinny, in the adventure that they did then how might want to each and absolutely everyone study them? they does no longer be prevalent they'd be body certain and that merely isn't so. Too many human beings imagine martial arts are merely a chain or quite a number of ideas. they are not. merely studying a set of ideas does no longer characterize a martial artwork. actual martial arts extra healthful each and absolutely everyone no longer any opposite direction round. all people who says diverse is a complete amateur, has an total lack of comprehend-how or practices an eclectic blend of ideas which isn't an artwork or per chance a type. stumble on a strong instructor in a commonly used equipment yet there is not any thanks to study a martial artwork straight away and be proficient at it.

Pressure point is a fairy talent. No one will sit perfectly steady and let you apply pressure point.

For other stuff, try brazilian jiu jitsu or judo.
