If you are asking us if we as individuals go up to random women and pull out our junk I can definately say I do not. I however cannot speak for anyone else.
If you are asking if people do do this sort of thing I believe the answer is yes.
I am hoping this is not something you are contemplating doing as I can see in the future a lot of your time being spent in court and possibly behind bars as a result of this type of practice. Should that be the case I would advise seeking out professional help to try and show you show better alternatives.

That's always a good idea.
One of two things will happen, and maybe even both.
1) She points and laughs at the diminutive size of your manhood....
2) You get to spend the weekend in jail with a bunch of drunks that would really like to see your 'junk'.
Whichever of the two happens, either you won't get laid, or you'll be praying that you won't.

No, because that would just be plain wrong, and would land my butt in jail. I do not think the best way to impress a woman is to walk up to her and show her that kind of thing. That might only serve to get you kicked there and then arrested.
