i'd serve muscat chilled.... but not port.... I'd have that at 60.....

no no no
never serve port "chilled".
Room temperature isnt optimal either, as that would be around 70*f. The best would probably be cellar temperature, which is normally seen in the range of 60*f.
Port is also seen as a wine that should be decanted, that is, where you pour the wine into a clear glass jug to seperate the sediments(potassium bitartarate) from the wine. This will also help with aeration.
