Hello, I am having a 4th of July bbq party & would like to make some neat shot to get everyone wasted. Anybody got recipes for cool shots like cherry bombs . . jello shooters . . things like that? Thank you & happy 4th of July.

Margarita jello shot:
Use lime jello and make as usual except substitute tequila for the cold water added at end. Pour into disposable shot glasses or similar cup.
Rum Runner Jello Shot
Make jello as usual and substitute 2/3rum and 1/3 99 Bananas Liqueur for water at the end.
Cherry Bombs
Take a jar of cherries and pour out 1/2 or more of the juice.
Replace with Bacardi 151 Rum or your favorite Bourbon/Wild Turkey 101

Get some small paper cups at the grocery store. The ones that hold about 2 ounces. Fill them with liquid jello mix and vodka, about 50/50. Put them in the refrigerator on a tray and let them cool for several hours. Once solid, they can be brought out and placed on a counter so everyone can grab them and eat them and get wasted. It's a good drink/food for summer, man.

Jello Shot Queen here again. Use "Sugar Free" Jello! 1 box (small box) calls for 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold. use 1 cup liquor instead of cold water. The kind of booze you use is your preference. Usually there made with vodka, but I like spiced rum. I've made lime jello & tequilla, Black Cherry and spiced rum, ; For the 4th I'm doing blueberry and raspberry jello with spiced rum. with whip cream on top, for my red, white and blue touch! i believe you follow the recipe on the gello box and substitute vodka for water. actually i just realized it is one cut hot water to mix the jello powder and then add one cup of vodka. or if you really want your party swinging the use no water and 2 cups vodka, that maybe too strong. you could use 7up or something fizzy for the 1st cup to mix the jello powder and then add voka, or better yet club soda it keeps it's carbonation longer. (i hope this is an adults only party as you might end up with drunk kids falling all over the place.

Jello shot
1 pkg (lg) Jello
follow the instructions using only 1/2 of the water called for.
Once jello is dissolved take off stove and add 1 cup booze
mix and pour into cups and refrigerate
Amaretto and black cherry jello are my favorite
or you can make pudding shots
1 lg or 2 sm boxes of pudding
8oz or 1cup half n half
1cup baha rosa (or other cream liquor)
mix pudding with half n half until well mixed then add booze and mix well and pore into cups. (for instant pudding)
for cooked pudding
cook half n half and pudding till done take off stove and then add booze. use mixer so you don't get chunks.
works best if made 24 hours in advance.
Irish cream and chocolate are great!!!!

following the instructions on the back of the jello box if it's the small box i believe it's one cup of boiling water added to powder stir for 2 minutes and add one cup of cold water ...... well that last cup of cold will be your liquor. i use vodka in the purple, blue, and red jello and i use coconut rum in the peach and apricot and lemon and pinapple also your cocunut rum ones you can add some fruit to it. like a cherry in the center or pinapple pieces the ladys love that .

8 oz vadka 2cups boiling water 1 cup cold water. Then follow directions on box. You can also put in flavored booze. Like strawberry jello and 100banans liq.

WARNING — Do not use Golden Grain or Everclear for Jello shots - they don't gel!!!
Try watermelon shots - make watermelon balls, place one in a shot glass, add rum or vodka and a dash of melon liqueur. The melon soaks the alcohol upand you shoot - then eat!
