I don't think you can. You're addicted. That's why you don't go a day without getting on YA's to ask a question.

That's the thing about Christians...they sit there and preach to you and tell you you're a sinner by not being a Christian. They hate you if you're not like them. I really see no difference between Christian's and the Muslims that caused this war. They're the same way..."if you're not like us and don't love our god, you must all die" blah blah blah. Religion is just a crutch. You don't need to go to church or read the bible or hang out with other Christians in order to worship god. There is a difference between being religious and being spiritual. I'm neither, but...anywho, Christians are hypocrites. TRUE christians accept and love you for who you are and don't sit there and try and convert you on an hourly basis. I have yet to meet one of those kinds of Christians. I think you should just let everyone alone and let them do what they want. Besides, there is no heaven and there is no hell, so what's the difference? As long as they're not murduring anyone or doing anything really really illegal, what right do you have to tell someone that what they're doing is wrong. All religion is is an OPINION! And we all know, opinions are like @$$holes, everyone has them and they all stink!

Hell is the eternal separation of you from God.

So if you don't have God then right now you are at least temporarily already in a kind of Hell.

Hell is for the people who die never having repented of their sins and accepting God. Will this be you? Only you and God know what is truly in your heart and what you will do in the future.

But no one knows how long they will live. Depending on your age, you could live 30 or 40 more years or you could die today or tomorrow from some sudden health problem or by freak accident or whatever.

In other words, tomorrow is not promised to anyone so we should not waste time in repenting of our sins and accepting God.

Hey Jim try this one. Lyndon Johnson once said that you never tell a man to go to hell unless you intend to send him there.
Christians telling non-believers- aka 1/2 the world - they are going to hell is in essence the school yard ranting of an 8 year old child.
"Oh Yeah " Well I don't care what you say about me , I know Jesus loves me and you , you heathen are going to hell. So there "

First, let me say that I don't believe in hell, so I don't think you're going there.

But I respect the evangelists on one point: if you really BELIEVED that someone was going to suffer an eternity in hell, what kind of person would you be if you DIDN'T try to help? Their motivations, for the most part, are good.

The motivation of people who push (not just open-minded discussions) other philosophies is more about resentment at the mainstream, the need to be accepted as different, or the need to be right/argue about who's right.

I go days without a christian telling me that I will go to "hell", the concept here is, do you believe in "hell"? If you don't believe in it, like me, then it shouldn't bother you. "Hell" is a place that christians invented so they could tell "bad" people that's where they were going to be heading unless they "were saved by God". I'm not agnostic or atheist, I'm pagan.

I live in Austin, Texas. I am not a Christian. I can't recall that anyone has ever told me that I'm going hell -- at least, not in the last 10 years or so.

Jim Darwin I don't really understand you. I may not like what you have to say all the time but I will defend you against anyone that says you are going to hell. I am not sure what you truly believe in your heart, but whatever it is it's between you and your heart.

Sorry, son of Jim. I am too far into my own beliefs to help you answer that. I'll try living "one day at a time " Maybe that will be the answer. I am so confused. Peace and Love, my friend.

Probably not.
Just in case you haven't had your daily dose yet, let me help you out. I'm a Christian.
Jim, you are going to hell.
Oh, yeah...I'm that rebel Christian who doesn't believe in hell.
Sorry, Jim, you're gonna have to go else where for your daily condemnation.
But I still think you're kinda cute.
