Here's the Hardee's Biscuits Recipe
4 cups self-rising flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
2/3 cup shortening
Mix together, but do not knead.
Roll out to 1" thick.
Cut and brush tops with buttermilk.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

HARDEES BISCUITS

1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Add buttermilk and yeast to flour mixture. Knead enough to hold together. Put in covered dish and store in refrigerator for 12 hours. Knead and roll 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 400 degrees until done.

my son is overseer of 6 hardee stores but he will not answer the phone at this time.. i would give out his phone number but he would probably want to kill me...well i tried again and he answered but he said they make their biscuits with a mix and there is no way to buy the mix.. well you know i think there probably is but it is not like he is going to tell me where...so i did the best i can on this question....

Wal-Marts frozen biscuits in a bag. They taste just like them, and you bake them right from the freezer! Yum!
